Every year on December 15th, the world celebrates the farmers and workers that bring us tea and other beautiful and beneficial plants from around the world. Tea is the second most consumed liquid on earth and sometimes we forget the care and love that is put into our tea or tisane, as well as the need for proper pay and working conditions for the people that bring it to us. Today serves as a day to enjoy that cup of tea, tisanes or even coffee with the mindfulness and respect of the hands that were used to grow it.
